Shown below is our chrome-moly TT frame and available in either 25 mm (8.4kg weight) for smaller 350 cc to 750 cc Ducati belt driven engines or 28 mm (8.7kg weight) for 750 cc to 1100 DS engines.  Shown below is what we call the TT 900 frame (28 mm tubing) that I powder coated and used on my TT 1000 build with Monster 1000 cc DS engine. We sell our two TT frames in raw metal or powder-coated for an additional fee.

The Ducati Pantah and F1 inspired racers were some of the Ducati factory's most successful production racers of the time. This significant race frame is manufactured using chrome molybdenum steel tubes and modern manufacturing processes. As a result, our frame is considerably lighter than the road frame often used. It is designed to fit all capacities of Pantah engines from 350cc, 500cc, 600cc and 750cc. Shown below is a Ducati Pantah 650 racer that we built but used our chrome-moly replica of the Verlicchi TT and F1 swingarm for our mono-shock application. Please note that in our application, we modified the mounting point on the frame to accept the mono shock. Otherwise, our Pantah frame is provided to use the standard designed Pantah swingarm and two (2) rear shocks. We also manufacture rear axle spindle and adjuster hardware.

At Britiron Classics we offer the iconic and instantly recognizable Molnar Manx Featherbed frame. It is the ultimate Norton Featherbed frame and manufactured with a level of precision and craftsmanship that is not often found today. It is ideal for your Manx, Triton or "special" build! Our Manx frame is manufactured from CNC bent T45 tubes and precision tube lasered at the ends and TIG welded. Headstock and swing arm cross tubes are bored post-fabrication to ensure a perfect alignment to the swing arm spindle. Swing arm spindle is carried on needle roller bearings with radial needle bearings to cope with the side loads and to provide minimum "sticktion".
