Shipping & Returns

At Italianiron & Britiron Classics, we have been providing hard to source vintage motorcycle spares for Ducati's and Norton's racers and street bikes. Through our different manufacturing partners, we have become a major supplier of specialty manufactured chassis, bodywork and engine components. As a result, we must honor each different companies return policies in addition to our own. As we are collectively not the scale of Amazon, we cannot offer a 100% returns unless there is damage to the item. We would rather spend time with you to confirm your application before placing your order. has been in business since 2000 and we have had a total of 4 problem sales out of thousands. 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed for all orders. We also do not refund shipping or bank transfer fees. Do also note that specialty items from our manufacturing facility in the UK requires the purchaser to return that item to Preston, England UK at your expense. In addition, TGA will not issue a refund of any shipping fees or bank fees. Therefore, please be sure that the item that you are ordering is precisely what you are in need of. We do work hard at our shop and our different factories to confirm the proper fitment for your application. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of providing your package to the return shipping company, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time to receive the returned item from the shipping company to my location that is normally 5 to 10 business days. If you need to return an item to our factory in the UK, you can still ship to my location and I can use my discounted rates to ship to the UK and I will generate an invoice to you for that international shipment back to the factory. Usually, shipments take 10 to 14 days to the UK. Note that the time that it normally takes to process your return is 3 to 5 business days and the time once the refund is initiated to your bank can normally take 5 to 10 business days.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at with your order number and details about the product that you would like to return. We will respond quickly to answer questions  or to offer instructions on how best to return the item. If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact the shipping carrier. It is also advisable to take photos of the exterior of the damaged box and how the item was packed. We always take photos of more fragile items with our packing foam, bubble wrap and packing peanuts around the items in the box that has been extremely helpful when assisting customers with claims agents. In some instances, the shipping company may wish to travel to your location to retrieve the damaged product. Further is a shipment is deemed to be lost in transit, we will re-ship your order as quickly as possible and with the original shipping company and to the original destination. Every order is shipped with delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for misplaced shipments after delivery. If the tracking system shows that a delivery was made, please make contact with the shipping company for further assistance.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. As shipping is NOT a profit center for us, we shop the best shipping rate with insurance to your location. Our discounts can be anywhere from 60% to 82%. This becomes especially important for our international customers.
