As US dealers for Molnar Manx based in the UK, we have significantly increased the sales of the newly manufactured Norton Manx and Norton Commando complete engines, Norton racing engine spares, and Norton chassis components. This is in addition to offering a very fine selection of OEM Norton twin bits through our BritIron operation. Due to this success, we will be communicating as often about Norton single and twin cylinder offerings as we do for our race quality spares offered for our Vintage and Modern Ducati Superbikes. Going forward there will be two separate blog posts per month where we focus on our Italian and British racer offerings separately that we can direct towards the respective groups on social media. This will also allow us to go into greater detail on how we can be your resource for Norton Atlas & Dominator spares in addition to Matchless G50 & 7R, Seeley, Triton, Triumph and Vincent motorcycles. Shown below, for example, is our front brake Adapter Plate for Norton Commandos to fit other caliper options as well as our 2 piston apposed AP Lockheed racing caliper. The body of our AP Locheed caliper is cast in ultra-lightweight alloy and therefore has significant heat conduction properties. In conjunction with our Adapter Plate, this set-up is designed to fit the standard Commando fork leg with either a "standard" fixed disc or to suit a single 11.5 "Norvil" Floating Disc and is manufactured from Aerospace grade billet aluminum.

As we have built numerous racers and specialty builds, it was always our goal to take advantage of the best in modern technology and metallurgy. As a result, a major focus of our manufacturing efforts, for example, is to offer many different racing components to assist that racer or bike builder who is improving braking performance by using upgraded modern or different brake components to enhance the braking performance of their Ducati TT, F1 or Supersport builds. Every race team has their own "recipe" in terms of what components work best for them. Our goal is to provide designs that are well thought out from our time at the racetrack and manufactured to offer a race quality caliper carrier bracket that is already available to bolt on straight out of the box. In this way we spare the builder from having to make their own items unlike what we have had to do over these past decades. Shown below, for example, with our own design and precision manufacturing is our aluminum Front Brake Caliper mounting bracket set for mounting the 4 piston Brembo calipers that we also offer as Brembo dealers with 65 mm mounting points to the Marzocchi M1R forks with 108 mm mounting points (center to center). These brackets suit our 320 mm Brembo Brake Discs as well that are machined in lightweight aluminum and anodized in black. Our Front Brake Caliper Mounting Brackets with 4 piston Brembo calipers is essential to maximizing braking performance when upgrading your Ducati road and race bike builds such as Ducati Pantah , TT1, TT2,  TTF1 , 851 and 888 Superbikes.

An additional method of upgrading braking performance as we learned at the track and shown below is using our copy of the Paoli Front Caliper Mounting Brackets. These aluminum brackets are designed for mounting the 4 piston Brembo caliper with 40 mm mounting points (center to center) to the Marzocchi M1R forks with 108 mm mounting points. These brackets suit either our newly upgraded 280 mm Brake Disc set or 300 mm disc set, just by being inverted. Part of the "genius" of the original design is that in one direction calipers can be fitted to use the 280 mm discs while inverting the same Caliper Mounting Brackets allows the use of the same caliper with a 300 mm disc set. Our Paoli Front Caliper Mounting Brackets are machined in lightweight aluminum and then anodized in black. Using our Paoli Front Braking Brackets with the Brembo 4 piston calipers with 40 mm mounting points is essential to maximizing braking performance when upgrading your Ducati road and race bike builds such as the Ducati Pantah , TT1, TT2, TTF1 , 851 and 888 Superbikes.

As mentioned above we are having great fun working on Norton Manx and Norton Commando & Dominator twin cylinder racers which is where I initially "cut my teeth" participating in period racing such as BOTT.
