At Italianiron & BritIron Classics, let us "Fuel Your Race Passions" is not just a slogan but a commitment, whether you are building a vintage Ducati TT or Pantah racer for competition, a Ducati F1 vintage street bike or restoring a Norton Commando or Manx racer. We continue to offer a comprehensive, specialty portfolio of Ducati TT, Pantah, F1 as well as Molnar Manx and Norton Commando engine, chassis and bodywork kits to all of our customers worldwide. We continue to help restorers and racers with providing them with top quality racing spares and offering painting services when required due to our restoration expertise and build results. As a result of our involvement in Ducati TT and Norton racers, I have had no time to list all of the bevel drive items that we have on hand. We need to clear our shelves as we, very frankly, need the room. Our Ducati "Bevel Bonanza" will consist of listings on the site combined with separate listings through a photographic listing of bits in tubs that are available for purchase through direct communication via email. As I have a "Make an Offer" feature on my website, please feel free to make a reasonable offer on these difficult to source Bevel Drive bits for a true Win:Win opportunity. Do also note that I no longer have Ducati 750 bevel drive items other than OEM Athena gasket sets as those other items have been absorbed in the multiple Ducati 750 Sport & 750 GT restorations that we have done over the years. In addition, our sales continue to be over 50% to international customers as we share our significant shipping discounts with our customers worldwide. Cost effective shipping rates have been key to that success.
We also use our local specialists to vapor blast or to polish our Ducati Square Case engine bits. Our philosophy has always been to offer refurbished items for purchase to replace your damaged item. Know also that whereas all of the Ducati 900 ss engine cases have been sold over the years, that we do have a nice selection of "Springer" heads, barrels and engine cases for your Ducati 900/860 GTS & GT's as well as engine internals, starter motors and engine covers. It has been my approach to always have extra bevel drive bits to ensure that my Ducati 900 ss MHR and Ducati 750 Desmo racer have the bits to stay running in their best condition for engines that were built originally in the 1970's and 1980's can be. My favorite "canyon carver" remains my 1978 Ducati 900 ss MHR that fits me so well and runs so brilliantly to this day up and down our mountain roads here in the Sonoran Desert of the American Southwest. Shown below are clutch side covers for a Ducati 900 ss, a Ducati 900 SD Darmah and a Ducati 860. Know that we have multiple examples of each except for the 900 ss cover as that is the last one. Take this opportunity to purchase a replacement for your "road-rashed" cover or as a spare to ensure that your Ducati bevel drive will always be ready for the road or track. Do note that I will work to list as many of these multiple examples of these different engine bits but for expediency, do follow my FB album where I will add items regularly that have not been listed on our Italianiron.com website.
Through my Scot P Wilson (ItianIron Classics) FB page, I will create an album for items on offer through this "Bevel Bonanza" sales event. For example and shown below are transmission gears that we have in tubs that have been vapor blasted but not listed. We obviously have loads of bevel gears and other bits available for purchase as well. If you are looking for something in particular, the best way to enquire is to contact me at my Italianiron7@gmail.com email address. This way we have a written record of what bits you are interested in and something that I can read more easily with these 68 year old eyes. However, I can also communicate through Messenger or What's App. It is my belief that the best form for clear and concise communications exist through email exchanges as it minimizes the chance for a misunderstanding. Also know that in addition to sending photos through email, I can also send loads of photos of the specific item that you are interested in through tools like Drop Box. I am happy to send as many pictures as necessary to provide you with the highest level of comfort in making a long distance purchase. To maximize the accuracy of shipping rates to your final destination, it is critical that we have your complete shipping address to including a telephone number as it is becoming a requirement of all domestic and international shipping companies. Note that shipping is NOT a profit center for us. What you pay is what we pay to the shipping company with insurance to your final destination.
We have also purchased another couple of piles of Norton Commando bits. Currently, we are working through the process of refurbishing those used bits and will list those refurbished OEM and NOS items very shortly. Due to our affiliation with Molnar Manx, we continue to be very active in making OEM as well as newly manufactured Norton Manx, Norton Commando and Norton Dominator race quality spares available to keep your British "treasure" competitive at the track or more reliable on the street. We have 3 sets of complete wheels as well as more engine cases, heads and barrels for your Norton Commando. In addition we have obtained more engine covers, oil tanks, gearbox cradles and side covers. This summer, we will be building a Norton Commando 1000 cc engine with our newly cast and manufactured copies of the original Norton engine components from the original factory blue prints. We will take videos and we will post them of this engine build with our newly manufactured Norton Commando engine cases, engine crank, barrels and with some of our other newly manufactured billet items. If you are in need of any Norton Manx, Norton Commando or Norton Atlas bits on offer, please use my Britironclassics@gmail.com email address to communicate your British motorcycle requirements.
In addition to our product portfolio for Ducati TT and other Ducati Pantah & F1 racers, we are also excited to support enthusiasts for Norton Manx and Norton Commando racers through Molnar Manx and BritIron Classics Norton. Check out our Norton Norvil fairings & windscreen offerings. Please review the numerous newly manufactured TT, Ducati F1 and Norton Commando items such as our aluminum fuel tanks, for example, and listed on my Italianiron.com website. British marques are listed on the Britiron or Manx section of the website. As a result of our offerings, it is our hope to help you to become immersed in the history, the passion and the early technology of these amazing machines. Let us "Fuel Your Race Passions" to keep the sport of international Vintage Motorcycle Racing alive and well!!
