We are known for offering the industry's ultimate frames for your Ducati & other British racer projects. For example and shown above is our chrome-moly Ducati TT racer frame for use with Ducati Pantah engines from 350 cc to 750 Paso, 900 Supersport and up to modern Monster S2R 1100 cc engines. This TT frame is a direct copy of Tony Rutter's Verlicchi race frame. We offer our chrome-moly Ducati TT frames in 25 mm (18.52 lbs or 8.4 kg weight) for use with the smaller 350 cc to 750 cc Ducati belt driven engines for $1850 US. Our most popular frame for the US market place is our chrome-moly TT frame with 28 mm tubes(18.52 lbs or 8.7 kg weight) for 750 cc to 1100 S2R DS engines for $2150. These prices can fluctuate a little based upon the international currency markets. Our frames can be supplied raw or without powder coating or the frame can be powder coated in black or red at an additional fee. We have built several TT and Pantah racers and can provide insight into how best to build the "racer of your dreams". We also offer world class leading Norton Manx frames and swingarm kits that are suitable for Norton Manx, Triton and Commando applications as shown above. Instantly recognizable is our Norton Manx Featherbed frame that has been perfected by the engineers at Molnar Manx. It is the ultimate Norton Featherbed frame and manufactured with a level of precision and craftsmanship that is not often found today. It is ideal for your Manx, Triton or Special! Our Manx frame is manufactured from CNC bent T45 tubes and precision tube laser-ed at the ends and TIG welded. Headstock and swing arm cross tubes are bored post-fabrication to ensure a perfect alignment to the swing arm spindle. Swing arm spindle is carried on needle roller bearings with radial needle bearings to cope with the side loads and to provide minimum "sticktion". Our Manx frames are sold in bare metal or can be powder coated for an additional fee. To complete your Norton Manx, Triton, or other special, we also offer hand crafted aluminum fuel & oil tanks. We also have the capacity to provide modern copies with improved components, manufacturing processes and metallurgy of Manx engines in 2 or 4 valve configuration as the factory had designed. For offer is our Matchless frame as shown above and that is represented as a precise replica of one of the truly most iconic and classic race frames in the world! Our frame is manufactured from T45 tubing and the tubes are oval as they were originally. Sifbronze welded assembly for maximum strength. As a result, we believe that we offer a structurally superior frame to the original and our G50 & AJS 7R frame is an exact replica of the original frame in appearance as used on 1959 onwards G50/7R. Our frame can also be used for the earlier 7R & G45 where the bottom rails on the earlier frames were wider. Our pricing is for the frame only in raw form. However, we can offer this a swingarm that can be assembled to this frame with bushes fitted, reamed and painted if desired for an additional fee. For those specialty racer builders, we also offer another piece of significant engineering history from the drafting board of maestro Colin Seeley as shown above.The engineers at Molnar Manx in addition to using what they learned from building their Manx frames, have managed to bring the Seeley MK2 frame to the marketplace. Starting with a Catia 3D model to ensure that it was clear where all points should be, they use CNC bent T45 tubes, precision tube lasered at the ends and TIG welded in a full jig. Headstock and swing arm cross tube are bored post fabrication to ensure perfect alignment to the swing arm. 20mm hollow swing arm spindle is carried on needle roller bearings with radial needle bearings to carry the side loads and give minimum "sticktion".This Seeley MK2 frame is suitable for a wide range of projects and engines.
