At Italianiron Classics, "Fuel Your Race Passions" is not just a slogan but a commitment, whether you are building a vintage Ducati TT, Pantah, or Ducati F1 racer for competition or as a vintage street bike. We continue to offer a comprehensive, specialty portfolio of newly manufactured spares for the Ducati Bevel Drive, TT, Pantah, F1 and Supersport for our customers worldwide. We continue to help restorers and racers by providing top quality racing spares and painting services when required, drawing on our deep restoration expertise and build results. As we continue to migrate from offering used OEM vintage items, we encourage you to peruse our Italianiron.com of our remaining bits on offer. However, our main focus going forward will be on our offerings of TGA/Molnar Precision LTD and Molnar Manx products as we are a major supplier. In addition, we are also proud to be a factory dealer for Marvic magnesium wheels, SmartCarb flat slide carburetors and the Hand Held Dyno Digital Ignition Kits. What is most satisfying is that our team continues to be a valued resource for those racers and builders who wish to build the bike of their dreams or to remain competitive at the racetrack. Please Note: we will back in Scotland with the family from 1 July and will return to ship orders the week of 27 July 26.

Shown above and on offer is our new Brembo 320mm Floating Front Brake Disc that we use on most of our more modern Ducati racers. Our brake rotors are manufactured and supplied with black centers, however, gold centers are available at an additional charge. Our Brembo 320mm Front Brake Rotors will fit our range of 17" Marvic magnesium wheels that we offer as factory dealers as well as a wide range of standard 17" Ducati wheels. Our Brembo 320 mm Brake Rotors will mount directly to your Ducati 996 Superbike as well as mounting directly to your Ducati Supersports. These stainless steel discs are manufactured to be extremely lightweight and offer superior braking performance. Specifications are as follows: 320 mm OD, 64 mm ID, 5 mm nominal disc thickness, 5 mm offset of carrier to disc, and 6 x 8 mm mounting holes on 80 mm PCD. Price is for a pair of discs, however, you can purchase only one brake rotor if that is all that their build requires. Please contact me at Italianiron7@gmail.com with your particular questions or requirements.

As major supporters and suppliers for the Sport of Vintage Racing Motorcycles internationally, we are very excited to offer our "new and improved" 280 mm Stainless Steel 2Cr13 Fully Floating Brake Rotors. All components have now been designed in-house on our CAD system — we are no longer reliant on sourcing rotors from China. Our new 280 mm brake rotor is assembled on 6082T6 aluminum alloy with gold anodized centers to match OEM Ducati wheels, and they will suit our Marvic wheel offerings as well! Our 280 mm Brake Rotors are manufactured with stainless steel location buttons, stainless steel "anti-rattle" crinkle washers, and stainless steel circlips to avoid rust staining. This is our finest design of the 280 mm Brake Rotor common on Ducati Bevel Drive, Pantah and TT racers and are unrivaled anywhere else. It has also been an interesting engineering discovery that the commonly accepted theory stated a required offset of 28 mm — however, through our own research we have discovered so much variation in the original wheel and brake setups that we have now manufactured our floating 280 mm Brake Rotor with a 27mm offset. To accommodate the different variations in wheel and brake set-ups, we now supply our 280 mm Brake Rotor with a 1 mm shim to allow for perfect centering. Additional shims are available if required, though the need is extremely uncommon.

Manufactured for vintage motorcycle racers using our Marvic magnesium wheels, is our new ultra-lightweight 200 mm Rear Brake Disc Race Kit. This rear disc brake kit was designed first and foremost to minimize weight in comparison to other systems available, saving nearly 1kg (2.2 lbs.) over the standard rear brake set-up. Additionally, our design ensures efficient rear wheel changes that have been accomplished in under one minute. The kit comes complete with a stainless steel 200 mm outer diameter disc, an aluminum rear Caliper Carrier with a removable spacer supplied in a size long enough to be shortened to suit many other swingarm applications. The Brembo rear caliper is available in either black or gold. Please note that the aluminum Disc Carrier is only compatible with our Marvic Streamline rear wheels. Our kit uses the original Marvic bolts that mount the carrier to the wheel. The Anchor Bolt that mounts to the swingarm to attach the caliper carrier is manufactured from stainless steel. All other appropriate mounting bolts are supplied to complete this race kit.

Available for racers, vintage builders and restorers, as shown above is our new 220mm Rear Brake Kit for Ducati TT 2, TT 1, F1 and Pantah road and racing motorcycles. We use a 25mm spacer on our carrier. There is a conversion kit available to mount a 220mm disc on to FPS and Marvic wheels. This 220mm Rear Brake Kit includes the 220mm Stainless Brembo Fixed Disc, a Brembo Rear Caliper complete with brake pads, is available in either Black or Gold. The Brake Disc mounting carrier is designed to perform on both Marvic and FPS wheels. Our Brake Disc Carrier has an 80mm center bore with 6 x 8mm holes on a 101.5mm PCD — or Pitch Circle Diameter, which is the diameter of the circle that passes through the center of all the studs, wheel bolts or wheel rim holes. The Brake Caliper Bracket is anodized in black and comes complete with aluminum spacers with bearings designed to be used with our torque arm, which we also manufacture. This 220mm Rear Brake Kit is available to accommodate either 17mm or 20mm spindle/axle applications.
