Instantly recognizable is the Molnar Manx Featherbed frame. It is the ultimate Norton Featherbed frame and manufactured with a level of precision and craftsmanship that is not often found today. It is ideal for your Manx, Triton or Special! Our Manx frame is manufactured from CNC bent T45 tubes and precision tube laser-ed at the ends and TIG welded. Headstock and swing arm cross tubes are bored post-fabrication to ensure a perfect alignment to the swing arm spindle. Swing arm spindle is carried on needle roller bearings with radial needle bearings to cope with the side loads and to provide minimum "sticktion". Our Manx frames are sold in bare metal or can be powder coated for an additional fee.
