As dealers for Hagon rear shocks, we offer for purchase these Rear Shocks with exposed chrome springs for originality. These rear shocks have Pre-load adjustments only. Top shrouds are available for an additonal $122.00 as originally fitted. Hagon's are ideal for bike restorations who are looking for originality of their Norton Twins, cafe racer and triton builds using a featherbed frame however these are not the highest "performing" shocks.
Standard length for a Norton Manx is 340mm center to center, with 8mm dia x 19mm wide bushes top & bottom. As standard, we would provide 14Kg/cm springs, which is about right for a 177 lbs. or 80Kg (12.5stone) rider. Different lengths & different springs are available to order to suit different chassis. For best race applications, we would recommend using either the Falcon, Maxton or K-tech shocks.
