Build Your Own 40mm SC3 SmartCarb

The all-new 40mm SC3 model SmartCarb is designed to replace conventional, top-pull/single-cable throttled, spigot mounted carburetors of similar size, offering unbeatable performance and incredible ease of use. It is a direct fit in applications originally equipped with Keihin PE, PJ, PWK and Mikuni VM and TM series carburetors of similar size. In general we recommend replacing size-for-size.

Choose this product only if you cannot find your application in SmartCarb's application selector but are confident in your ability to adapt it to your particular application, or if directed to by a SmartCarb Fuel Systems technician or by us. SmartCarb Fuel Systems makes no guarantees regarding the suitability of this product for use in unknown applications or in those for which it was not specifically designed. In general this product is not recommended for use in 4-stroke applications larger than 450cc in displacement.

The +2 Metering Rods option is recommended for unique applications and adds a one-step richer and a one-step leaner metering rod relative to the rod selected and installed by the technician before shipping. The Power Jet is recommended only for racing applications using alcohol fuels (Left Hand adjustment/fuel fitting configurations only).

Every SmartCarb ships pre-adjusted specifically for the application it is ordered for.
