This item came in an inventory of spare parts from our local Italian Sportbike and Scooter dealership who recently retired. The owner explained to me that this exhaust system is universal and aides with emissions compliance here in the US. There is no manufacturer listed but the numbers stamped are: 845578 W14/05/75097.
